After last week's post on an inadvertent transcolonic biopsy of a pancreatic head mass, this one is about a deliberate transcolonic route that I used to biopsy a mesenteric mass.
This 64-years old came with a mesenteric mass. The question was whether this was metastasis from a previously treated intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma or whether this was a new primary, perhaps GIST.
