Case 64: The Case for a Repeat Biopsy in a Non-Diagnostic Sclerotic Bone Lesion
This patient had a right iliac bone biopsy earlier, which was negative and came in for a repeat biopsy to be done from another site. He had multifocal disease on MRI and PET/CT.
I first did a left supra-acetabular lesion biopsy, which did not yield a definite diagnosis and I then repeated the biopsy from two other sites.
The video explains what happened, the logic and the final diagnosis. The post is free to view till 11th November for members/subscribers.
