This 56-years old had a partial hepatectomy for a large liver neuroendocrine tumor (NET) and then came with a small metastatic lesion in segment 4B on a DOTA-PET/CT.

RFA was simple and straightforward - a follow-up DOTA-PET/CT at 5 1/2 months showed complete ablation.
