A 65-years old lady treated earlier for serous papillary adenocarcinoma of ovary, came with rising tumor markers.
FDG-PET/CT showed a focal lesion on the surface of the sigmoid colon, with mild cecal surface wall thickening and uptake, which on a FAPI-PET/CT showed significant uptake.
A biopsy of the cecal wall surface lesion was performed. The video explains the case and the procedure.
