A 56-years old presented with a gallbladder fundic mass lesion infiltrating the liver on MRI and PET/CT. She was referred for a USG guided biopsy in the same institute and the USG experts refused saying it was too risky.

The patient and relatives then insisted on a CT guided biopsy.
